Energy Management Collaboration Agreement with EECA

WLASS entered into a 3-year Collaboration Agreement with the Energy Efficiency Conservation Authority (EECA) in February 2016.  The purpose of this Agreement is to promote the development, implementation and communication of energy efficiency and renewable opportunities across the Waikato councils, and for each of the councils to implement energy management best practice.  An Energy Management Policy has been adopted by the WLASS Board.

This arrangement will bring up to $210,000 in revenue to WLASS from EECA over three years, subject to meeting specific energy saving targets.
