What we do not collect
This site never asks for a password, card number, bank detail, identity document, betting history or account balance, and it has no sign-up form or login. None of that information is requested, stored or seen by us. If a page that claims to be this site asks you for any of it, close the page, because it is not ours. Everything connected with a real account, including your registration details and the documents you upload for verification, is collected by Here2Win on its own platform and under its own policy.
Technical data and server logs
When you load a page, standard technical information passes through the servers that deliver it: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the time and the page that referred you. This is routine for any website. It is used to keep the site secure, find faults and produce aggregated statistics, and it is processed by the hosting and technology providers that run the site on our behalf. We keep it only for as long as those purposes require, then delete or anonymise it.
Cookies and analytics
The site may set a small number of cookies. Strictly necessary ones keep pages working and remember simple preferences, while analytics tools, if switched on, measure visits in aggregate, for example which pages are read and how long readers stay. We do not use these tools to build advertising profiles of individuals. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the site will still load, although some small conveniences may stop working.

Links on this site lead to Here2Win, which is run by a separate operator. A link may carry a referral identifier so the casino can tell that a registration began here, and we may be paid if you sign up. Once you land on Here2Win, its own privacy policy applies to everything you enter or upload, and we have no access to it. Read that policy before you register, particularly the parts on identity documents, payment data and how long the casino keeps records.
Who sees data and how long it is kept
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use the technical information described above to work out who an individual reader is. Access is limited to the providers that host and secure the site and to anyone who needs it to keep the service running. We may disclose information if the law requires it. Logs and analytics records are held no longer than needed for security, troubleshooting and statistics, after which they are deleted or reduced to anonymous totals.
Your rights
Under New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020 you can ask an organisation for the personal information it holds about you and ask for mistakes to be corrected. Because this site does not collect account data, there is usually very little to retrieve. This site publishes no phone number or email address, so requests about anything you gave Here2Win should go to the casino through its live chat, contact form or account area. Age restriction and changes to this notice
The site is for adults. Gambling is restricted to people aged 18 or over, and the pages here are not directed at anyone younger, nor do we knowingly collect data from under-18s.
